Have You Heard of Generation YES?

We are indeed living in interesting times, times that challenge us to find new ways of dealing with what are, in effect, very old problems -- problems of how we use our natural resources, distribution of wealth, ethnic/political/religious conflicts. If you are reading this blog, chances are you are aware of the planetary shifts that are taking place and are wondering what can be done.

You may have heard of the Indigo children. If you haven't, there's lots of information about them here: http://metagifted.org/topics/metagifted/indigo/. Now there is information about an older generation of people, roughly ages 25-32, who also have a unique role in helping humanity through the changes we're facing. They are being called Generation YES. Like the 60s generation, they became disenchanted with the predominant forms of education, religion and many social structures. Many Generation YESers are involved in film, art, music and literature as a means of expressing their views, but they can be found in all walks of life. We need to listen to and encourage this generation because their ideas are part of the paradigm shift that must happen in order for this planet and its people to evolve to the next level. One of the voices we need to hear is that of Dominic Allamano. When I watched the video posted here, I was blown away by this young man's intelligence, passion and commitment. Watch and tell me what you think.
